May 04, 2008 2:42pm A powerful image in its simplicity and the complexity of shadows drawing our eyes to yours. I did one like this, 3/4, of a model against rough, aged barn siding and she leaned back and closed her eyes and the tree shadows cut across the image, including her face, in many places. Her face caught the bright sun, often a "no-no", and its elegance still is haunting. Your curves and arms and the simplicity of the dress make this so very powerful. A "filled" lighting and a soft gaze would be beautiful as well, but a different and less striking image.
