October 04, 2011 10:09pm This image stopped me to look. But the title cut me to the quick. So poignant, makes me think of my late mother. She lost an older sibling of mine at birth, and never really spoke of it till near her own death.
It touches me deeply, and surprisingly I thank you for that, as that is what photography is all about. To connect with the viewer in a personal way.
I hope some day to create such an image of my own.
