Hello! 

My name is Jose, and I am new to Houston.  Originally from Boston.  In Boston, I worked in the film industry for over 25 years.  First, in exhibition, then in production.  I also worked as a consultant for a few of the major studios.  These years of work allowed me to work with a plethora of companies.  I have worked with Dunkin Donuts, AMEX, Slate Casting, Guiness/Cisco Brewers, Upfront, ClearChannel, HBO, Paramount, Universal Studios, Sony and many, many more. 

After I retired from the industry, I decided to focus on photography.  I worked in a variety different types of photography from landscapes to adult oriented material.  However, I found myself missing certain aspects of my previous work, mainly with producing and maintaining creative control over projects and thus decided that opening up my own production studio would allow me to return to an industry that had been a part of my life for so many years.  My studio will work as a hybrid studio, allowing me to produce both film and photography. While creative control is important for me, I am a very collaborative person, and I can take your ideas to levels that you may not have even thought of.  But when you work in the industry, you work with a lot of people that refuse to listen to ideas and suggestions and will often put you down.  I am always willing to listen and always willing to work with you to co-create amazing scenes, photos and art.  With me, if its your project, I will help bring it to a higher level, if it's my project, I welcome the same from you. 

My years in the industry allowed me to accrue many props, costumes and equipment.  I am always happy to share and create with them.  I am always looking to create something, so if you're interested in collaborating with me, don't be afraid to reach out. 

My experience in the industry allowed me to learn many skills and accrue knowledge in many aspects of the industry.  I am always happy to share advice, guidance and stories with those that I work with, so don't be afraid to ask about that as well.  Working with casting companies in both film and print, I can offer you guidance on modeling, acting and presenting yourself.  So, if you are new to all of this, I am happy to share my experience and knowledge with you.  I can't make you a star, but I can offer you what I feel is solid advice for your journey. 

I travel often, so if you're from another state or even country, let me know if you are interested in working with me.  I will keep you in mind for future trips.  Currently, I will be in Boston in from January 21st until the 30th.  I currently have availability on the 26th and the 27th.  I am completely booked for all other dates in Boston.  I will also be in boston during the month of June.  Dates are pending, but it looks like it will be around the 2nd to 3rd week of June.  From January thru July, I have trips to Dallas, San Antonio, Austin and New Orleans. 

I am married, have 2 kids and any work with me is strictly professional.  My role is behind the camera.  I respect all models and if you wish to bring an escort with you, that is fine by me.  However, your escort is expected to behave themselves in a professional manner and must not interfere with any aspect of the shoot.  If you or your escort cannot maintain a professional demeanor throughout the shoot, I will end the shoot immediately.

I am ok with NDA's, Non-compete Clauses, contractual work.  I accept venmo, cash, CC, Zelle, Square payments, TFP, and trade for compensation.

For equipment I use:
Canon R5, Canon 6D Mark II, CanonT7 with Canon RF and EF Lenses
8k Recording Camera, teleprompter, professional lighting, ring lights, light wands, Mics under water equipment (lighting, cameras).
