"A last minute outdoor shoot I am so, so happy I took. Despite the short notice, pre-shoot communications were very smooth. It was easy to find a solution for travel arrangements even though we were shooting quite far from where she was based. We managed to get very beautiful things almost straight away once we got to the location and started taking pictures. The first half was based around high contrast compositions, this is something that required good coordination and precise instructions on positioning with the ever-changing lighting conditions, but we managed to do it very well. The second half was a lot of improvising as light was fading a lot quicker than I expected, but we managed to find good ideas on how to proceed with the shoot. She was very at ease in her environment throughout our session, I could tell that she really loves nature. Marina is also very knowledgeable about photography, something I think could be quite valuable for photographers who like having someone able to give more input and advice during sessions.
